Our coaching process

The GAPPS3 Assessment

GAPPS3 is our powerful GAINMORE™ Advantage Potential to Performance System. Unlike other leadership assessments, GAPPS3 provides you with a comprehensive profile report showing your competency strengths AND your priority development areas AND links to our unique, interactive online learning system. The GAPPS3 full assessment includes personal feedback coaching (45 minutes) preferably face to face, else by video conference. You will also receive access to the GAINMORE™ Leadership Advantage Toolbox - this covers the foundational modules for each of the 12 areas under the GAINMORE™ model as a full, interactive and supported online learning tool.  Using GAPPS3 enables you and your coach to quickly identify your strengths and development areas so that together we can leverage your talent into areas that require development to achieve your goals and outcomes.

Strategic and Sustainable Excellence Staircase

To achieve your career goals and sustain your desired behaviour outcomes we use a powerful process to leverage your strengths, developing your new behaviours or mindset and embedding these strategies into your 'normal' response process.

How long does it take?

The GAPPS3 assessment will take you about 35 minutes to complete online. Your feedback coaching session will last 45 minutes. It is very likely that you will be given some "homework" by your coach – this might take you an hour, or sometimes 3 or 4 hours.  We recommend a "Coaching Season Pass" for your first coaching engagement. This is a three month (Season) coaching programme with six 45 minute sessions (once every two weeks) or three 90 minute sessions (once a month).

What will I achieve in a Coaching Season?

At this point, it is almost impossible for us to answer because it depends.  You will achieve the Outcomes agreed at the commencement of your coaching season! But what do you want to achieve?  GAINMORE™ Advantage Executive Coaching clients often want to achieve specific career goals – a promotion perhaps, or, more frequently, they have been promoted and now need to develop new leadership behaviours.  Whatever your career or personal goals, the outcomes you achieve during our coaching season are designed to support that achievement.
