GAINMORE™ Advantage Executive Coaching
Associated GAINMORE™ Advantage Executive Coaching is a six-step
coaching program over a three month period (a season). This is 6 x 45-60
minute one to one sessions (Session 1 and 2 often best in one session
of 90-120 minutes):
Session 1 - Personal goal setting in their work/career
- this (these) are agreed with the coach and become the agreed outcomes
for their own coaching program (by end Session 6 or later if
neccessary) - once agreed, these are guaranteed outcomes by us - that
is, if we need more sessions to achieve them, these additional sessions
will be free! -
"Homework Session 1" - coachee's establish their personal goals in the
remaining five areas of life: Family, Relationships, Health, Spiritual,
Personal Development. This is done through the GAINMORE Toolbox.
- Session 2- Agreeing Development Plans/Discovery - Creating motivation to change and full agreement of personal development plans.
- Homework Session 2 - Keeping a journal
- Session 3 - Discovery - Understanding the underlying behaviour change needs and establishing the motivation to change specific behaviours.
- Homework Session 3 - Keeping a journal
- Session 4 - Changing Behaviours - establishing the new behaviours in favour of the old behaviours.
- Homework Session 4 - Keeping a jourmal
- Session 5 - Installing new strategies for excellence - ensuring that new behaviours are working and established.
- Homework Session 5 - using the new strategies and keeping a journal
- Session 6 - Refine and Review - Testing and time-tuning
- Homework Session 6 - Review Journal and evaluation
Coachee's receive a confidential summary report after each session and
have full online support throughout their 3 month program with access to
our online learning tools as well as their private journal.
Coachee's have access to our Private Clients Area online
to schedule their sessions, share their progress with their coach, find
and download resources to support their development as well as full
access to the third edition of Dr. John Kenworthy's Leadership Advantage Handbook - the most comprehensive resource for developing your leadership available today.
